Working with Thailand Blueprint - and Wat and his team - has been absolutely great! He was very helpful, communicative, responsive, organized and was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. I found Thailand Blueprint via the YouTube channel from Adam (which is excellent!), and their information and services were excellent. I plan to work with them to look for an apartment in Bangkok also. I met with several Visa Service Agencies, but I'm so happy that I chose Thailand Blueprint, and got to work with Wat. Recommend them VERY highly, you'll have a top-tier experience!!

"I had a good idea already of what docs I needed but having someone like Wat on my side to lead the process made me feel more comfortable. Iâll be moving to Bangkok in a few weeks. Good experience overall."

Wat helped me with my DTV application. I have a remote business that I can run from anywhere so meeting the requirements wasnât too hard. I kind of had a good idea already of what docs I needed but having someone like Wat on my side to lead the process made me feel more comfortable. Everything was handled remotely (Iâm based in Germany atm) but it all went smooth. Iâll be moving to Bangkok in a few weeks. Was nice having someone to manage the details for me so I didnât have to stress about it. Good experience overall.

WHY APPLICATIONS BREAK DOWN
Itâs possible to secure the DTV yourself, but the process often stalls on common issues.
1) Embassy mismatches. Each Thai Embassy and Consulate applies its own thresholds, currency conversions, and proof-of-location rules. Some posts require local residency to apply at all. Others have unusually high rejection rates for specific sub-categories. Applying through the wrong post costs weeks or kills the application entirely.
2) Wrong applicant lens. Remote worker applicants must apply as a remote employee, a remote business owner, or a freelancer, and each track requires meaningfully different substantiation. Many applicants pick the wrong lens for their actual situation, or mix elements from multiple tracks, which creates documentation gaps the Embassy reads as inconsistency.
3) Inconsistent professional materials. For remote worker applicants, Embassies cross-check LinkedIn, websites, invoices, and bank statements against each other. A dormant business website, an "open to work" LinkedIn, or invoices that don't match declared income all create inconsistencies. This is the single most common cause of remote worker rejection.
4) Soft Power enrolment mistakes. Not every Thai school, gym, or medical center can issue the specific business registrations, licenses, and certifications the Embassy wants to see. Many applicants enrol with the wrong institution and only discover the problem after rejection. Short courses also frequently get downgraded to a multiple-entry tourist visa or denied outright.

"The team at Thailand Blueprint was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful with our move to Thailand. I canât thank Wat, Adam, Preaw, and the whole team enough. Our move here has been an easy one and now we can focus on our future".
Phil
The team at Thailand Blueprint was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful with our move to Thailand. We used them to help process theVisa, find a place to live, and get our bank account set up. Could it be done by yourself, sureâŠbut no way would I want to try and navigate the entire process on my own. Not being able to speak Thai (yet) and not knowing the intricacies of the each of the different processes meant having the Thailand Blueprint team available made the transition smooth. I canât thank Wat, Adam, Preaw, and the whole team enough. Our move here has been an easy one and now we can focus on our future and retirement.
