A message from our founders
Thinking about relocating to Thailand? Great call. Getting set up here, though? Not so simple. The system is anything but straightforward, which is exactly why we started our company, Thailand Blueprint. Our team takes the stress out of the move and handles everything along the way. We're with you from your very first question until you're fully set up and living your new life here.

We start before you fly

A secure client portal, not a chat thread
One secure place to send your documents, with a full record of what happened and when, progress updated as it moves, and your next step always visible.
Your paperwork and reminders, kept for good
Life here runs on paperwork you get asked for at short notice: your address registration, residence certificate, visa, lease and insurance. The portal keeps it all in one place, with reminders for things like 90-day reports. Your access does not end when your visa is approved, and it costs nothing extra.

Beyond the responsibilities that come with being a director and co-founder, Wat oversees the client experience at Thailand Blueprint, making sure every case is handled professionally and with care. Before co-founding Thailand Blueprint, he built one of Bangkok's top-rated tour companies, with more than 4,000 five-star reviews, and remains a passive owner and advisor there. After years of giving visitors a world-class experience of Thailand, he started Thailand Blueprint to help the people who want to be more than tourists. That means the retirees, remote workers, families and others who are moving here to build a life in Thailand.
Adam Parker
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Adam sets Thailand Blueprint's short, medium and long-term strategy, and leads our marketing efforts. He also architected and built out the internal systems behind our work, which are a big reason our client experience is secure, organized and clear. Having moved to Thailand from Canada himself more than six years ago, Adam knows first-hand what it's like to relocate from the other side of the world. He has built a culture of empathy across our team, where we always put ourselves in our clients' shoes as they navigate such a big life change.
Preaw Salyakalin
Visa Case Manager
Preaw is a rockstar across all kinds of visas, handling everything they involve from A to Z, but she really specializes in Thailand's Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa. It can be one of the country's most complex visa programs, particularly for applicants who don't fit neatly into one of its subcategories. As one of Thailand Blueprint's first hires, she has been with the company since day one and has helped shape how we handle cases today. Clients trust her to take a complicated process and make it feel simple, and she consistently delivers.
Fah Jiranthorn
Visa Case Manager
Fah manages visa applications across every pathway we service, from start to finish. Whether she's structuring an application around the unwritten requirements of an individual embassy or consulate before our clients even arrive in Thailand, or handling service for clients in person at Immigration or the Board of Investment, she's an integral part of our team.

Apple manages our company's own accounting and keeps us compliant and organized at all times. From our tax filings and bookkeeping to reconciliation and tracking, her work means we always know exactly where our business stands.
