Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 October 2026
Thailand Blueprint is a visa and relocation firm in Bangkok. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we hold it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website, our client portal, and the way we work with you as a client. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which governs us as a Thai company, and we also honour the rights set out in the European Union's GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA for people who live there.
1. Who we are
Thailand Blueprint is the trading name of Field Trip Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand.
- Registered office: 2823/3 Charoenkrung Road, Room 207, Bangkholaem Subdistrict, Bangkholaem District, Bangkok 10120, Thailand
- Tax identification number: 0845564007487
- Email: info@thailandblueprint.com
For anything about your personal information, including a request to delete it, write to info@thailandblueprint.com.
2. What we collect
If you only read the website, we collect nothing about you. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, which include the IP address your request came from, for security and troubleshooting.
If you sign up for our newsletter or a free guide, we collect your email address.
If you ask for a health insurance quote, we collect your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and nationality, because those are what a quote needs.
If you email us, we collect your name, your email address and whatever you write to us.
If you book a free eligibility assessment, the booking form collects your name, email address, nationality and age, so we can tell you which visa fits before we speak.
If you become a client, we collect what your application requires. That means identity documents such as your passport, evidence of your income or funds, and the certificates and forms the authority asks for. We also hold our correspondence with you, including messages sent through the portal, by email and on WhatsApp.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Where a client's application includes a dependent child, we hold only what the application requires.
3. Why we hold it
- To tell you which visa fits, and what it costs, before you commit to anything
- To prepare, submit and follow up your application, and to support you afterwards
- To send you the newsletter or guide you asked for. You can unsubscribe from any email
- To keep the records Thai law requires us to keep, including accounting records
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Thai government bodies and banks, as your application requires. Handling your case means submitting your documents to the relevant authorities: Immigration, Thai embassies and consulates, the Board of Investment for LTR applications, the Thailand Privilege programme, and Thai banks when we open an account with you. This is the core of what you engage us to do.
Service providers who work for us under contract, and only for the purposes above:
- the provider of our client portal, which holds your documents, forms, signatures and messages
- our email, messaging and scheduling providers, which carry our correspondence with you
- the provider of our newsletter and sign-up forms, which holds email addresses and the details you enter on our quote form
- our website host and content system, which hold no client files
An insurance partner or a rental agent, only if you ask.
If you ask for a rental introduction, we pass your name and email address so the agent can contact you, and nothing else.
If you ask for a health insurance quote, we pass what you entered on the quote form (your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and nationality) to our insurance partner so they can prepare it, and nothing else. We pass it on only after you have confirmed your email address.
If you want to know which companies these are, write to info@thailandblueprint.com and we will tell you.
5. Where your information is stored
Our providers store data outside Thailand, including in the United States. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your information is transferred outside that area when you deal with us. We choose providers that are independently audited against recognised security standards and that commit to the protections those laws require.
6. How long we keep it
- Client documents in the portal: for as long as you want ongoing access to it. Many clients keep it for the reminders and renewals. Tell us to clear it at any time and we will delete your documents and close your access
- Messages and chat history: for as long as we are working together, and afterwards while you keep the portal. Ask us to delete your chat history and we will
- Enquiries from people who never became clients: these sit in our email inbox and nowhere else
- Accounting and tax records: for the period Thai law requires, which we cannot shorten on request
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, including your portal documents and chat history
- stop sending you marketing email, at any time
- provide a copy of what you gave us
Write to info@thailandblueprint.com and we will respond. There is no charge. If we cannot do what you ask, for example where the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you why.
Under the PDPA you may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Under the GDPR you may complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking across other sites.
Two things on the site are loaded from other companies and may set their own cookies when you use them: the videos, which are embedded so that nothing is set unless you press play, and the booking form. Our client portal sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
If we add website analytics later, we will say so here and ask for your consent first.
9. Security
Documents you send us go through the client portal rather than email attachments, and they are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to the people working on your case. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not ask you to send passports over chat apps, and we would rather you did not.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this page when what we do changes. The effective date above tells you when this version was published.
11. Contact
