Reflecting back on a successful outcome, I think the thing that stands out the most is Praew’s patience. There were definitely moments I thought I wouldn't be able to get this due to the nature of my setup, but we worked through them carefully and patiently. Never once did I feel that I needed to rush or produce documents faster than I could. There was no sense of stress or urgency, just gentle management of the procedure. On the day itself, everything went completely smoothly, as Wat guided us through the day from getting the LTR to getting the bank account. I can 100% recommend Thailand Blueprint.

Smooth process from start to finish, 99% of the work done for me with the visa process - I only had to provide a couple items whilst they did most work in their back end. The team were very attentive - notably my case manager Fah who was professional, consistent with reminders and swift with actionable steps. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners Wat, who personally saw to my visa application at immigration which was quick and easy considering I was with a professional.

If you need a visa Agent, choose this one, Wat and his team were fantastic. Talk me through the whole process of obtaining my Non-O retirement visa, from the first contact email to getting that stamp in my passport. They were with me every step of the way, and whatever stupid questions are asked (and they were many) Wat and his team were there with the answers, and I bit of humour thrown in.

My experience with Thailand Blueprint was exceptional from start to finish. My life has been very scattered over the past few years, and thus my visa situation was quite complicated. My first day was opening my Thai bank account with Fah. She made the entire process incredibly easy. Watching her interact with the bank sta immediately knew I had made the right decision. She handled everything, showed me exactly where to sign, and once I received my ATM card and bank book, she personally showed me how to use them at the ATM, including how to update and scan my bank book. I walked away feeling completely confident. Then came the day of my retirement visa appointment with Wat, and that experience was amazing. Wat had the entire day planned and coordinated perfectly. I was with another expat going through the same process, and we kept saying to each other how lucky we were to have Wat taking care of everything. We even joked that we would have gladly paid more for this level of service! While we watched other people dealing with stacks of paperwork and looking stressed, we were able to relax because Wat had everything under control. He coordinated the appointments, paperwork, photographs, and timing with the staff. He even bought us coffee, organized lunch, and arranged a taxi for us when we were finished. The entire process took only a couple of hours and was incredibly smooth.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the personal service. Even after everything was completed, Thailand Blueprint sent me a personalized checklist with the important dates and steps I will need to follow in the future. I recently completed my visa through Thailand Blueprint, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Adam and Preaw were both fantastic to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding. One example that stood out: I had car trouble before one of our meetings and ended up running late. Instead of having to reschedule, Preaw was able to accommodate me on Zoom and we still got everything done we needed to that day. That kind of flexibility made a real difference. Aside from that, the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Preaw did a great job keeping me updated at every step, so I always knew where things stood.

This company is amazing. I've been living in Thailand for over 10 years and the most stressful time for me is when I have to renew my retirement visa each year. Dealing with immigration and the local banks can be a nightmare. So, I was hopeful when I discovered Thailand Blueprint and to my surprise, they didn't disappoint. My experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I provided the required documents and they took care of the rest. All of the staff that I interacted with were very professional and kept me updated each week. In about a month, my LTR was approved. Wat, Preaw, and Fah from Thailand Blueprint were all wonderful to work with. I am a US retiree. I had a huge number of questions, which they very promptly and kindly answered. They walked me through all the steps needed to get a longterm residency (LTR) visa for Thailand. It was nice not having to worry about whether or not my visa paperwork would be correctly completed. Their secure website included a client portal which allowed me to upload US documents they needed to complete my application. I left the diffi part of making absolutely sure I met the LTR visa requirements and filling out and submitting the Thai application all up to them. Thailand Blueprint also suggested a medical insurance broker, since my LTR visa requires Thai health insurance. I worked with the insurance broker separately. My visa application was reviewed by the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) and then issued by my local Thai Consulate General (TCG) here in the US. The TCG emailed directly to me the visa documentation. No need to make an in- person visit the TCG here in the US or an immigration office during my stay in Thailand. In a few months, when I fly into Thailand for the first time on this LTR visa, I just present the TCG documentation and my US passport to Thai Immigration. Thai Immigration then stamps my US passport with the LTR visa stamp. Although it took several months to go through this whole process, overall, I was very satisfied and very happy how well it went. No major snags since Thailand Blueprint did all the hard work for me. I highly recommend Thailand Blueprint. I'm nothing but satisfied with great service they gave me.

Wat & his team made things easy. From getting organised in Australia before coming to Thailand to getting retirement Visa once in Thailand , extensions & help registering a car things ran smoothly. With all the endless red tape I would have been pulling my hair out (what little i have !). If you like stress, do it yourself!!

We found Thailand Blueprint to be very professional and responsive to any query we had from start to finish.
We applied for our Non O visa and it was handled with much professionalism and went very smoothly. They applied for the evisa for Australia and then when we arrived in Bangkok we met at the bank and our bank accounts were opened, no stress no worries. we then transferred 800k baht into our accounts. A few weeks later back to Bangkok for our visa extension and multiple entry stamp. A visit to the bank then off to immigration, all in one day. Finished early afternoon and all we had to do was photos and signatures. The stress was taken out of the equation.
Wat and Fah were professional and friendly every step of the way. I know others say you can do this yourself, BUT, would you want to? Why put yourself through the stress of it all when in another country and a language barrier. Thailand Blueprint made it so less stressful so I would highly recommend the team if you are contemplating using an agent for your visa or relocation to Thailand.

I’m very happy and glad i went through Thailand Blueprint for my non immigrant O visa. I was considering the OA visa but they advised me otherwise. Opening a bank account and obtaining the visa was seamless. Having been at the Immigration centre, it can be daunting for those considering doing this on their own. I got to say, Wat and Adam are the best people you will find here in bangkok if you need help getting a visa. I'm a retired American veteran married to a Tanzanian wife and their whole team has been helpful and accommodating in our visa struggles here in thailand. Wat has been there with us holding our hands and explaining the process every step of the way. I tried doing a few things on my own thinking it would be so simple, which wasted 2 days of walking around bangkok. All phone calls or questions emailed have been returned in a timely manner. Great team you can trust and trust is worth every penny in my book. I know that I could of never done everything on my own. Having someone who can speak to the immigration staff while you are there just makes everything easier. So glad I found them. I would give them 11 stars if I could.
My wife and I have been contemplating on retiring to Thailand for several years now. A major reason why we have not begin our visa application process is the ‘complexity’ of Thailand’s retirement visa system; the unclear requirements and not having the right ‘guidance’ in applying and obtaining our retirement visas! Oh my gosh, what a fantastic company! I am a USG federal worker getting ready to escape the chaos of the WMA, and live my dream retirement in Thailand. Wat helped me with my DTV application. I have a remote business that I can run from anywhere so meeting the requirements wasn’t too hard. At first I was pretty confused about the retirement visa because I didn’t know the difference between the 90 day one and the 1 year one. I researched online and it had so much mixed info, so I wasn’t sure what to do. I found Wat through Adam Parker’s YouTube channel and he really went above and beyond. We started with a call (he spent way more time with me than he needed to and explained everything really clearly). I probably could’ve done the process myself after that but I decided to just have Wat handle it all by then. He set me up with their portal and told me exactly what documents I needed to upload. This was for the 90 day retirement visa that Wat applied for me for from my home country. The visa was approved in under a week which was great.Then I came to Thailand and met Wat in Bangkok. He helped me get my Thai bank account set up and I deposited the 800,000 baht. A couple of months later when I was allowed to do so, Wat took me to immigration and got everything sorted for my 12 month extension. I didn’t have to wait around in any lines or anything like that because I was with Wat and this was awesome.Got my 12 month extension and multiple entry, no issues. Overall I really appreciated working with Wat. You can tell he actually cares and goes above and beyond to help. It didn’t feel like just a transaction like some of the other operators I’ve seen.
