How does the annual renewal/extension work?

Your 12-month extension of stay must be renewed/extended each year in order to maintain your Non-Immigrant ‘O’ retirement visa status in Thailand. Thailand Blueprint can assist with renewals/extensions beginning 21 days before your current 12-month extension’s expiration date, which ensures there is no gap in your status.

For example, if your extension expires on October 15th, Thailand Blueprint can begin the renewal process on September 24th.

Thailand Blueprint provides all clients with a Post-Service Maintenance Package that outlines all key dates, renewal timelines, and bank account maintenance requirements clearly, so nothing ever sneaks up on you.
