Do I need to report to Immigration every 90 days?
Yes. The 90-day reporting requirement applies to OA visa holders exactly as it does to Non-O holders. Every 90 days you must confirm your current residential address with Thai Immigration.
Your first 90-day report must be completed in person at a Thai Immigration office. Thailand Blueprint handles this first in-person report as part of the Premium Package service. After the first report, subsequent reports can be submitted online through the Immigration Bureau’s online portal, and Thailand Blueprint walks you through exactly how to do this as part of the Post-Service Maintenance Package.
One important operational note that applies to all long-stay visa types: every time you leave and re-enter Thailand, your most recent re-entry stamp automatically resets the 90-day clock. So if you travel abroad and return before your next report was due, you do not need to file a report for that period. Your next due date becomes exactly 90 days from the date of your re-entry stamp. Reports are always calculated on exactly 90 calendar days, not “three months,” and can be submitted up to 15 days in advance of the due date.
